There must be a credit card on file before the rental leaves the store. Please be on the lookout for a follow up email after your purchase.
Rentals have a 5 day time period (including the day you recieve and the day you send out), after the 7th day there will be an automatic $15 charge for each day late, after day 5 of late charges the remaining value of MSRP will be charged to your credit card and the dress will be yours to keep. You can also come into our physical location for pick up and drop off of your rental.
There is a $6 fee attatched to every rental to cover accidentals.
Any damage above normal wear and tear will result in the remaining MSRP value to be charged to your credit card on file. This includes stains that can not be taken out in a normal dry clean, rips, tears, absence of belts, straps, ext, and anything else deemed beyond repair by the store owner. All garments will be inspected within 48 hours of recipt.
For a dress that just doesn't work we offer a merchandise credit that will not expire. We do not offer refunds. You must contact us email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your dress to qualify for a merchandise credit. Credit will not apply to shipping and insurance costs of future orders.
