My name is Katie...

... owner of Eternal Elegance Bridal, mom of 3 humans and 3 animals and wife to an amazing partner. I love sunshine, coffee, cute shoes, and a good book. I opened Eternal Elegance to help every couple no matter the budget or situation to have the day of their dreams. Not only do I get to help everyone find their dream attire I hope through our blog I'll be able to bring you the latest and greatest of weddings to help inspire your big day and keep you updated on our storefront. I am not the best writer in the world but bare with me and I promise to deliver some real talk on everything weddings with a little humor and a lot of honesty. 

Things you'll want to know:

     -Eternal Elegance will hold a dress buy back program before Homecoming and Prom seasons. You can get store credit to use on future (or same day) purchase of a dress in store.

     -Lay-a-way programs will be available on all purchases over $150.

     -Store will include a vendors section with updated information and pricing for all your other wedding needs.

Appointments are typically 1.5 hours, during which time the bride will work closely with her own personal bridal consultant to find that perfect dress!

WHAT PRICE RANGE DO YOU CARRY FOR BRIDAL GOWNS?

Our bridal gowns typically range from $300-$2000. We offer gently used, off the rack, yearly sample sales, and orderable gowns to fit within each budget and style.

DO YOU HAVE ANY DRESSES ON SALE?

The simple answer to your question 99% of the time is no. Why you ask? Our motto is simple, price and sell dresses at the lowest price point we possibly can based on what the designer says and give you the best price we can at all times. That means that those prices don't change and we are rarely able to do sales until those dresses are out of season. Our prices are the same in store and online the only different charge is shipping and handling. Don't believe us? We challenge you to find a current designer dress at another reputable store for a lower price. WHAT IS TYPICAL WAIT TIME ON AN ORDER?

Typically bridal gowns take between 16-20 weeks to get to us and maids/mother of take 10-12 weeks. Formal dresses are typically 8-10 weeks. Please remember that dresses do not generally fit each person the same after ordered and time should be counted on for alterations needed (an additional 4 weeks minimum). It is always possible that we can find your perfect dress in stock but please do not count on it, the earlier you prepare the better. With all of that in mind we make an extraordinary effort to make all your dreams come true no matter what your time frame and budget may be just be sure you are up front with any time constraints you may have.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY?

All special orders are NON RETURNABLE and require a 50% deposit to order. 

Special orders cancelled within 48 hours will get a full refund of deposit after 48 hours the deposit is non refundable.

Once a dress leaves a store it is understood that you have looked over the merchandise beforehand. 

Any formal dresses beyond special orders are returnable with the following conditions:

      No tags have been removed and you have your receipt

      The return is within 3 days of purchase and your event has not taken place during those 72 hours

      No alterations were done to the gown

      Refunds will be made in whatever manner the purchase was made taking up to 10 days to be in your account

      The gown will be reinspected to ensure the original condition of the gown has not changed

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN MY APPOINTMENT?

YES! We are a children friendly store with coloring and game supplies to keep your littles busy too. We know as a parent how it can be hard to schedule time away and want to make your experience as easy as we can. The only thing we ask is for little hands to kindly stay away from the gowns, as beautiful as they are and as much as those hands want to touch all the sparkly details we want to keep those details in tact for the next bride as well.

WHO/WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Our bridal suite can accommodate up to 4 guests, we find it best to keep your company intimate and ask yourself whose opinion really matters to you in the end. If you have more than 4 guests please call to see if the accommodation is possible.

When coming to a bridal appointment it is helpful to bring a strapless bra and any other shape wear you foresee yourself wearing to get the full effect of how the dress ultimately will look. We have heels in various sizes about 2.5-3 inches tall for your use but anything outside of that it would be helpful to bring a shoe similar to what you will wear on your day. 

If it is an alteration appointment you need to bring whatever bra/shape wear/ext you will be wearing the day of the event and whatever shoes you have picked out to be able to get a proper measurement on length.

WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR A SPECIAL ORDER?

In making a special order we are measuring you personally and ordering it in the color and size you desire. Orders require a 50% deposit BEFORE the order is input with the designer. The deposit is non-refundable. 

I FOUND THE SAME DRESS ONLINE FOR HALF THE COST, WHY ORDER FROM YOU?

With all the internet shopping you can do now you are likely to find a similar gown online for a different cost so you might wonder what the benefits are to paying more. Most online retailers are not an authorized dealer of the designer if you find it for an extraordinarily low cost. The dress will not be as well made and often times what you receive will not be the same as the pictures you are shown. Sizing charts are always different and often it is hard to get accurate measurements on yourself.  We know these sites can sometimes be tempting but please know you likely will get what you pay for. We offer the best prices we can for legitimate designer gowns with excellent customer service and a stylist to help you in any way possible.
